Hate Story 2 is Bollywood erotic thriller film directed by Vishal Pandya. Produced by T-Series Films, it stars Surveen Chawla, Jay Bhanushali and Sushant Singh in lead roles. It is the sequel to the 2012 hit Hate Story starring Paoli Dam and Gulshan Devaiya.

REVIEW: 'Hate Story 2' has a sense of affection like many of revenge flicks were made in our Indian cinema. After exotic romance and dreadful assassination in the first half of the movie, the flick follows revengeful killing of the murderers in the second half.

Surveen Chawla and Akshay (Jay Bhanushali) fall in love. This isn’t acceptable by (Sushant Singh) a leader as he also loves her. Sushant and his men kill Jay, but leave Surveen alone after assaulting her. That was the big mistake by Sushant who faces a backfire by the wounded lover.

The movie is undoubtedly a revenge thriller like its earlier installment was, The flick also focuses the dirty politics prevalent all over; however, it doesn’t concern us much since it’s all predictable. Exposure by the actress Surveen Chawla in the flick do work for the front row viewers in theatres but not for those who are looking out for suspense.

the actress 'Surveen Chawla' is impressive in her first attempt in the movie. Seeking for revenge, Surveen is great. Jay Bhanushali doesn’t have a notable role in the film but is good in whatever his part of action was.

Sushant Singh as an Autocratic Politician, sums the performance so brilliantly. He is the show stealer.
